A PUK (or PIN Unlock Key) is a security feature that protects the data on your SIM. If your PIN code is entered incorrectly 3 times, you will require the PUK code to unlock your SIM. Your PUK code is not recorded anywhere. If you are required to enter a PUK code, please contact our team on 1300 545 000 or email@example.com and we will be happy to provide your PUK code. Please note – If a PUK code is entered incorrectly 10 times, the SIM will be permanently blocked. If this happens, please let us know and we will send you a new SIM.
