If you’re already on a Cmobile NBN 100/20 or 250/25 plan and you have Fibre to the Premise (FTTP) or Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC) technology, you’ll automatically be upgraded to our faster 500/50 plan at no extra cost.
If you’re currently on the NBN Fibre 100/20 plan but have Fibre to the Node (FTTN) or Fibre to the Curb (FTTC), unfortunately you cannot be upgraded as the technology does not allow for the faster speeds.
However, you may be eligible for a free fibre upgrade. You can enter your address in the NBN system here and see if you are eligible. If you are, please contact us and we’ll be happy to organise this for you.
